What does "community accountability" entail? Who are the stakeholders? How does LA Care encourage and facilitate primary care, based upon the challenges in dealing with underserved and vulnerable populations? What are the most successful initiatives funded by the Community Health Investment Fund?
I agree with Aparna I would really like to know who their stakeholders are, and how do they benefit from LA Care?
ReplyDeleteI want to know more about their governance structure, especially the real impact of community input into their health plans. I also want to know the effectiveness of their new health education centers. Are they truly improving knowlege and changing attitudes or like other HMOs just a way to market their products.
